Terms & Conditions for Second-Hand Car Purchase

All vehicles are pre-owned and sold as-is, where-is.

Each unit is inspected, road-tested, and detailed before turnover.

Any existing dents, scratches, or wear will be disclosed during viewing.

Buyers are encouraged to personally inspect and test-drive the unit before finalizing purchase.

Reservation fee is non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.

Reservation holds the unit for 3 days only. Failure to complete the agreed down payment within this period may forfeit the reservation.

Down payment is required to secure financing or full purchase.

We accept cash, bank transfer, or approved financing.

Credit card payments may be subject to applicable processing fees.

Full payment must be settled before unit release.

Financing terms are subject to approval by our partner financing team.

Processing time may vary depending on submitted requirements.

All loan-related fees and documentary stamps are included in the all-in cash out.

insurance costs of the unit shall be shouldered by client.

M-AutoGarage will assist with LTO transfer of ownership and release of necessary documents.

Any transfer fees, registration renewal, or emission tests (if applicable) shall be shouldered by the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Buyer must settle all documentary requirements within 30 days of release.

Units can be picked up at our showroom or delivered via approved carrier.

If delivered, shipping/transport costs are shouldered by the buyer.

For provincial or island delivery, we use trusted third-party couriers (e.g., 2GO Rolling Cargo).

All purchases are final.

No returns or refunds once the unit is released, except for valid warranty claims within the agreed warranty coverage (if applicable).

Any claims must be supported by inspection reports and photos.

Some units come with limited dealer warranty (e.g., 30-day engine/transmission coverage, aircon).

Wear-and-tear items (tires, batteries, brakes, fluids) are not covered.

Warranty claims must be done at our authorized service center only.

Buyer shall ensure their capability to maintain, register, and insure the vehicle.

Buyer shall not hold M-AutoGarage liable for any untoward incidents after turnover.

M-AutoGarage reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Changes take effect immediately once posted on the website.
