  • How can I reserve a unit if cash?
    To reserve a unit, a PHP 20,000 reservation fee is required. This secures the unit and holds it for 3 days, giving you time to settle the full payment. After 3 days, if no further payment is made, the reservation will be forfeited and the unit will be made available to other interested buyers. If you need more time, we also offer extended holding periods: 15 days with a 25% down payment or 1 month with a 50% down payment. These options allow you more flexibility while still ensuring the unit is reserved under your name. Please note that the reservation fee is non-refundable, even if you change your mind or cancel the reservation.
  • How can I reserve a unit if financing?
    To reserve a unit, a PHP 20,000 reservation fee is required. This fee holds the unit for 3 days while you process your loan application and submit the necessary documents. The reservation fee is refundable only if your loan application is not approved. However, if you cancel the application or change your mind, the fee is non-refundable. Once your application is approved, please settle the downpayment within 3 days to secure your unit.
  • How long is the approval process for financing?
    Our Financing Partners typically take 5 to 7 working days to process a credit application. However, if all requirements are complete and in order, approval can be done in as fast as 1 to 3 working days. Please note that some clients may require additional documentation or verification, which can slightly extend the processing time. Rest assured, our team is dedicated to ensuring a smooth and efficient approval process for all our clients. Once your application is approved, please settle the downpayment within 3 days to secure your unit.
  • Is an appointment required?
    Walk-ins are welcome, we highly recommend scheduling an appointment to ensure that someone is available to assist you and that your visit is smooth and efficient. Booking ahead also allows us to prepare any documents or units you may want to view or discuss.
  • Do you accept trade-ins?
    Yes! We do accept trade-ins as part of your purchase. If you have a vehicle you'd like to trade, our team can evaluate it and apply its value toward your new unit. This option can help reduce your overall payment and make the process more convenient.
  • I’ve had some credit challenges in the past, can I still apply for a loan?
    If you’ve had past credit issues or previous loan defaults, you may be wondering if you're still eligible for financing. While each application is subject to the evaluation of our Financing Partners, having a less-than-perfect credit history does not automatically disqualify you. We encourage you to apply, as approvals are based on several factors, and we’ll do our best to assist you throughout the process.
